Wigmore Hall performance of Op133 Grosse Fuge

    Oh God…Beethoven did it to me again…thank you.to me the Grosse Fuge is one of the best pieces Beethoven ever wrote.Actually i think the struggle in his works-esp. the quartets-are so unique.

    Thank you very much for making this recording available. I live in the country side of Brazil and here it is very difficult, almost impossible, to come across this kind of music in any form! You can’t find even audio recordings of this music to buy here. Let alone to hear a string quartet (there isn’t a single one in a thousand kilometers) playing it. And Beethoven’s opus 130 is one of the most beutiful pieces of music ever written!

    It must be wonderfull to hear you play live, but the recording already gives one a taste of your talent and hard work. I liked the performance very much. I dare say it’s almost as good as Lindsay’s.
